Nonya Asam Fish
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend all ingredients into paste.
* Step 2
In a wok, Add fish and sprinkle salt on top and start steaming it.
* Step 3
In a pot, on low heat (no.4) add 1 tbsp oil and cook the paste for a min.
* Step 4
Add lemon grass, tomato, tamarind, sugar, salt. Crush the tomato to squeeze out the water. Add a bit of water or oil if it's too dry. Continue cooking for about 15 mins.
* Step 5
Once the fish is cooked, add the paste on top and garnish with coriander and spring onions.
