Pickled Veg and Tofu Soup (咸菜豆腐汤)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pot, blanch the pork ribs.
* Step 2
Add enough water and on high heat. Add pork, ginger, once boiling, turn the heat to medium.
* Step 3
Cook for an hour. Then add the other ingredients (tomatoes, tofu, veg) and cook for another 30 mins.
* Step 4
Salt and white pepper to taste.
* Step 5
Serve with spring onions on top.
