Simple Shredded chicken

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a big pot add boiling water. Then add chicken, spring onion, ginger in. Sprinkle salt.

* Step 2

Once water boiling, turn to low heat (3) and let it cook for about 30 mins.

* Step 3

In a smaller pot, add 2 tbsp oil and when hot enough add all the sauce oil ingredients in. Stir fry it on low heat (3) for about 10 mins until all turn browny.

* Step 4

Once chicken is cooked, remove the bone and shred them into smaller pcs.

* Step 5

Place them on the plate and pour sauce over and then oil sauce.

* Step 6

Add the green chopped spring onions on top when serve.

* Step 7

You can use the left over water to blanch the bean sprouts and water as soup.

* Step 8

Serve bean sprouts with the chicken.
