Deluxe Marinated Pork Yakiniku
I often buy pork offcuts and I wanted to prepare them in the style of yakiniku.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the pork offcuts and marinade sauce into a bowl and rub the sauce into the meat. Leave to rest for a while. Wash the mizuna, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
* Step 2
Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil. Add the meat from Step 1 and stir-fry.
* Step 3
Arrange the mizuna on a serving plate, and place the meat on top. (You can use thinly sliced cabbage instead of mizuna if you like.)
* Step 4
This is a recipe with a similar flavor, made with chicken thigh: "Sautéed Chicken Thighs with My Special Sauce".
