Homemade Black Sesame Tofu

I often make soy milk jelly so I got the idea from that!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the ☆ gelatin to the water and leave to soak.

* Step 2

Add the soy milk and salt into a pan and heat. Just before it begins to boil, add the gelatin and water from Step 1 and completely dissolve.

* Step 3

Add the ground black sesame seeds to the pan and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a plastic container and leave in the refrigerator for 1 day to firm up.

* Step 4

Cut and serve. Add the sauce ingredients to a bottle and shake thoroughly! Drizzle the sauce over the top and eat.
