Fig & Almond Tart

I enjoy eating figs cooked as snacks rather than plain, so I wanted to make something using an abundant amount.

Ingredient

100 grams

Almond flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the tart crust (Pâte à Sucre).

* Step 2

Make the filling. Cream the unsalted butter. Mix in the granulated sugar and then stir in the almond flour.

* Step 3

Break one egg at a time into Step 2 and mix in well.

* Step 4

Pour Step 3 into the tart crust from Step 1. Peel the skins off the figs and thinly slice them. Place into the tart filling. Bake for 60-70 minutes at 160°C until browned.
