Easily Microwave Custard

I made this to fill the cream puffs from.

Ingredient

Food ration :

12 servings
300 ml

Milk

45 grams

●Sugar

2 tbsp

●Flour

1 tbsp

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine the ● ingredients and sift.

* Step 2

Microwave the milk at 700 W for about 2 minutes.

Whisk the milk into the ● ingredients a little at a time. Then, mix in the beaten egg in small batches.

Microwave at 700 W for 2:30~3 minutes. Take out to stir 2 or 3 times along the way. When it is as thick as you'd like, remove from the microwave.

Add the butter and vanilla extract to Step 4 while it's still hot, and mix.

Once finished, pour it all into a shallow container.

Cover the surface of the custard completely with a sheet if plastic wrap and leave to cool. The plastic prevents the surface from drying out, and you can remove it cleanly.
