Easy Microwave Scrambled Eggs
I modified a recipe for scrambled eggs that I found in a recipe book that I bought just after I got married. If you omit the milk you can make a more Japanese-style of scrambled eggs. Add some sugar as well if you'd like, it'll taste great that way too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Break the egg into a deep bowl and beat it. Mix in the milk and salt.
* Step 2
Place the uncovered dish in the microwave and heat for 50 seconds. When the egg has cooked, scramble it with some chopsticks.
* Step 3
I made Japanese-style scrambled eggs by adding sugar and omitting the milk.
