Spinach Ricotta Pie

This pie can be the main star or a fabulous side for any meal. Creamy, cheesy, sophisticated. Serve with a side salad or grilled meats. Try making this as a brunch with a poached egg on top 🤤🤤Protein packed, flavor packed and so easy to put together.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook frozen spinach according to package instructions. Drain all liquid from cooked spinach.

* Step 2

In a bowl combine all ingredients, including spinach.

* Step 3

Mix well.

* Step 4

Fill pie crust and place into a pre heated oven set at 350 degrees farenheit.

* Step 5

Cook 40- 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned on top.
