Italian Beef + Bell Peppers
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Brown hamburger meat. Add garlic when almost brown. Drain meat and set aside
* Step 3
Sautee bell peppers and onions in olive oil. Add minced garlic when pepper onion mixture is almost done.
* Step 4
Serve bell pepper onion mixture topped with hamburger meat, sauce, parmesan cheese, and seasoning.
* Step 5
Serve over rice (or not!)
