Tuna, Egg and Tofu Bowl in 5 Minutes
A one-person lunch needs to be quick, budget-friendly, and delicious!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a skillet and add the lightly drained tuna and tofu. Sauté while crumbling the tofu.
* Step 2
Add the seasonings and beaten egg and cook until the egg is half way done. Turn off the heat and cook it through in residual heat.
* Step 3
Serve it on a bowl of rice and it is done!
