A Treasured Recipe! My Kimpira Burdock Root
I wanted an extra twist to my regular kimpira, so I added yuzu pepper paste and it turned out delicious!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
These are all the ingredients you need.
* Step 2
Bring the shirataki to a boil to remove the bitterness. This is vital!
* Step 3
Tip: Use a piece of aluminium foil to scrub the dirt from the burdock root.
* Step 4
Diagonally slice the burdock root.
* Step 5
Then julienne them by stacking up several slices.
* Step 6
They should look like this when done.

Julienne the carrots the same way!

Heat the frying pan and add the oil. Regular vegetable oil is fine.

Combine everything in the frying pan at once! Heat over medium.

Once the vegetables become tender, add all of the ● seasoning ingredients, cook off the moisture, then add the yuzu pepper paste.

Turn off the heat, then add sesame oil and sesame seeds to taste.

It's ready to serve. Transfer to serving plates! It's delicious both cold or hot.
