Smooth Pudding Made in 5 Minutes with Basic Ingredients

I wanted to eat a creamy and delicious pudding, but heavy cream is expensive, and it has a short shelf life. So I came up with a recipe which doesn't require heavy cream. This takes no time at all to make, so it's a great snack for my kids.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 servings
450 ml

Milk

40 grams

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the milk until it starts to bubble around the sides (don't let it boil). Dissolve the gelatin in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of water.

* Step 2

Gently mix the sugar and egg yolk into the bowl from Step 1.

* Step 3

Add the heated milk and vanilla essence, and mix well.

* Step 4

Pour it into pudding cups through a tea strainer.

* Step 5

Let it chill in the fridge until it has hardened.

* Step 6

This is not so sweet, so add more sugar if necessary.
