Simple and Easy Homemade Bacon
To put it simply, I just wanted to eat some homemade bacon. I'm only eating this at home, so it's easy to make. This bacon is not smoke-cured.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rub the Krazy Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder into the pork blocks.
* Step 2
Let it sit in the fridge for 3-4 days.
* Step 3
Bake for 90 minutes at 120℃ and it's done!
* Step 4
Add it into stew or put it on a hamburger and dig in!
