Easy! Just Microwave! Low-cal Hot Chocolate
This is a healthy snack that I often make. Soy milk and cocoa powder is great for diets and apparently for your brain as well.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all the ingredients into a cup and mix well. The picture shows the cup once I put the katakuriko in.
* Step 2
Microwave at 600 W for 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and mix it up.
* Step 3
Heat for another 30 seconds. Stir and serve.
* Step 4
I used this flavorful sweetened milk cocoa.
* Step 5
This is an easy and atisfying diet snack made with tofu and soy milk.
* Step 6
To prevent lumps from forming and the bottom from hardening, mix, then heat. Repeat as necessary.
