Egg-free! Banana Pancakes

These are perfect for busy mornings. My kids love them so I often make them!

Ingredient

150 grams

Pancake mix

150 ml

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the banana in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

* Step 2

Add the pancake mix and milk to the bowl with the banana, and mix everything well. See Helpful Hints.

* Step 3

Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat, and cook the pancakes. You don't need any oil.

* Step 4

Cook the pancakes as you normally would. When the surface starts to bubble, turn them over, and they are done once both sides are baked.
