Shiso & Tofu Hamburgers
I made this because other recipes use too many ingredients.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, cut up the tofu and put it in a sieve or colander to drain. You don't have to drain it too much.
* Step 2
Combine all the ingredients together. Remove the stems of the shiso leaves and cut them up. Crumble the tofu gently with your hands.
* Step 4
Put some oil on you hands and toss the dough with your hands. It's a shame you can't see the seams. Once all the air is out, form the dough into patties and they're ready to be fried.
