Sig's Curried Cauliflower Salad
This is a good use up recipe for leftover boiled cauliflower. Curry and cauliflower go very well together. Here I made it very mild.
You can also mix this with rice, couscous, pasta and potato or grains of sort. #mycookbook

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Break the boiled cauliflower carefully into florets, mix with the salt, pepper, mayonnaise, chives, curry powder and chutney.
* Step 2
When combined add the cliced red pepper, season. Serve on it's own or as a pasta or as a couscous sauce. Can also be used with rice. You can add eggs and potatoes. Feel free to adapt this.
