Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 °, brush tin with butter or margerine. Roll out pastry and cut circles of pastry big enough to make little purses. Remove the outer rind if the brie, so that you are just left top and bottom rind and mostly cheese. Cube the cheese add one to each circle.
* Step 2
Spoon about a small teaspoon of the sauce over the cheese squeeze the edges of the pastry together to make a little purse.
* Step 3
Bake until golden brown, serve as starter or canapes either warm or at room temperature, be careful not to eat them straight from oven, they will be very hot.
