Sig's goats cheese and fruit burger

I fancied a burger as others were tacking into their meat versions. I wanted something different, so here it is ☺

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut your roll in a burger like fashion

* Step 2

Spread with butter of you want, I use dairy free spread

* Step 3

Slice the cheese into thick slices, arrange on the buns

* Step 4

Top with strawberry slices and black seedless grapes

* Step 5

Arrange some Salat leaf on a plate, sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar, make sure that you leave the middle vinegar free

* Step 6

Serve the filled buns sitting in the middle of the plate with lettuce.

* Step 7

Make sure that you have a little fork by the plate for people to add the lettuce if desired on the burger.

* Step 8
