Thai Chicken Salad
I use some of the dressing to marinade the chicken breast before grilling it and cutting in strips

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the ingredients for the dressing and use a few spoonfuls to marinate the chicken
* Step 2
Grill the chicken until fully cooked, cut into strips
* Step 3
Prepare the salad ingredients and toss well with the remaining dressing
* Step 4
Add the Chicken strips, plate up topping with the peanuts and coriander
