Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take some coconut milk in pan. (you can also add some coconut oil along with it.

* Step 2

Add curry leaves/kaffir leaves. Add green curry paste. Let it cook/fry for 2-3 mins. Add green chilies (optional if curry paste is spicy).

* Step 3

Add all chopped veggies. Let it cook and loose water.

* Step 4

Add coconut milk and salt as per taste. Cook for 10 mins

* Step 5

Turn of heat and add basil leaves in the end.
