Sig's Ginger and Wine glazed Plum Pizza with Honey/Vanilla Masc
this is the nicest plum pizza I have ever eaten, even if I say so myself , (L)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
mix half flour, with the milk and yeast (dry yeast follow instructions )
* Step 2
put covered with cloth into a warm , draughtfree place to rise.
* Step 3
when risen well add the rest of flour ,the softened butter, eggs,sugar and.salt and kneed in , again put away to rise.
* Step 4
role out thinly onto a lightly floured table and transfere to your bakin tray.
* Step 5
sprinkle with brown sugar and add the quartered plums like rooftiles
* Step 6
leave to stand for ten minutes, sprinkle with cinnamon, ginger and more brown sugar.
* Step 7
bake at 180 C on middle shelf for 25 minutes or until plums are cooked.
* Step 8
make your glace and pour over the plums
* Step 9
mix wine ,cordial ,juice sugar, and water then add your cake glace per instruction.
* Step 10
for the sauce mix honey with mascarpone and vanilla stir well until you get a smooth sauce.
* Step 11
you can make this cake with almost any fruit
