Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
1 cup

good strong black coffee

1

ice cube

2 scoops

best vanilla icecream

1 tbsp

coffee liqueur (optional)

1

good squirt of cream from can

1

large glass

2

straws

1 tsp

for eating icecream and cream

1 pinch

generous, of fresh cracked or ground cardamom

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put icecube into large glass,make the coffee, chill to between hot and lukewarm.Pour over the icecube,about 3/4 full.Add the icecream the liqieur if using and top with the cream,sprinkle with cardamom.Add the straws and a spoon and enjoy.

If you don't want to use cream from can, use whipped cream to decorate top in a pretty fashion
