"Oldfashioned" German Sunday treat

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

mix all ingredients until dough becomes slightly foamy.

* Step 2

preheat oven to 220C , grease the tin ,add mixture to funnel cake tin or similar baking tin with hole in middle and bake for about one hour, or until a skewer inserted comes away clean. Dust with icing sugar when cooled.
