Sig's Brazil Nuts and Chocolate Caramel Muffins

Do take great care ,cool down a little ,the caramel inside the muffin will be extremely hot. These can be frozen and when fully defrosted, be warmed for 15-20 sec in microwave. But please take care.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grease 12 hole muffin pan. Sift flour into a large bowl,stir in sugar,chopped nuts,egg,milk and meted butter. Keep muffin mixture quite rough do not stir until very smooth.

* Step 2

Spoon half the mixture into the prepared pan.place one or two caramels into centre of each muffin,top wiith remaining half.Top each with a brazil nut.

* Step 3

Bake in a moderate oven about 20 minutes and golden brown.
