With me living in Fiji, you pick up on a lot of the cooking! This is my dads Fijian chicken curry!! It’s definitely a must try! Please give it try and let me know how you like it in the comments or cooksnaps!
Ingredient
1 teaspoon
black mustard seed
1 tablespoon
curry powder (NOT PASTE!!)
1/2
carrot (sliced)
1 teaspoon
masala (red)
2 tablespoon
olive oil
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large pot, add olive oil and spices
* Step 2
Mix until fragrant
* Step 3
Add onion and let simmer until lightly browned
* Step 4
Add potatoes and chicken
* Step 5
Cook until chicken is tender and potatoes are soft
* Step 6
Eat with rice
* Step 7
Enjoy!
