Keto coconut no bake bites!

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

coconut oil

1 tablespoon

vanilla

Pinch

stevia

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and grind until mixed (except the strawberry, kiwi, and mint.)

* Step 2

Make little balls and press them on a plate until flat

* Step 3

Place the kiwi on a plate (on the bottom)

* Step 4

Put the strawberry on top

* Step 5

Add the flat cookie bite on top of the strawberry

* Step 6

Add the mint leaf to garnish

* Step 7

Refrigerate for 15 minutes

* Step 8
