butter
1/2 medium
onion, diced
2 tbsp
Louisiana hot sauce
2 tbsp
siracha sauce
1 tbsp
Frank's red hot wing sauce
1 tbsp
extra hot horseradish
1 tbsp
spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp
chopped garlic
1 packages
hamburger buns
2 cup
shredded cabbage
1/2 cup
sour cream
2 tbsp
mayonnaise
1/3 cup
chopped cilantro
1/2
lime, juiced
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine crema cabbage ingredients. Chill
* Step 2
Heat butter in a high walled frying pan or dutch oven.
* Step 3
Saute jalapeno and onion for 5 minutes until onion becomes clear
* Step 4
Add burger and brown until done. Drain any fat
* Step 5
Add all except last two ingredients. Heat through
* Step 6
Toast buns. Add a slice of cheese to each bun. Spoon filling on. Put together. Get a fork because they are sloppy
