Sticky Asian Chicken

Was looking for a sticky Asian chicken recipe. This one is good, I added 1/2 t. crushed red pepper instead of a teaspn of chile flakes because that's what i had; I didn't have sesame seeds. I had 10 thighs and used them all. Also i didn't use parchment because I forgot.
It's not as flavorful as some others I've tried with lots more ingredients. It's a bit more subtle. It was easy though with marinating overnight.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix 1st 6 ingredients in very lg bowl.
* Step 2
Add chicken and marinate overnight, mixing a few times if possible.
* Step 3
375 F. Spread out chicken loosely on parchment lined baking tray and save marinade.
* Step 4
Cook 20 mins then marinate, cook another 20 mins or until temp reads 180F.
* Step 5
Sprinkle with scallion and sesame seeds.
