Eggplant salad sandwich

Ingredient

onion

2 teaspoon

viniger

1 teaspoon

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel eggplant, warm up your pan and put a few drops of you favorite oil. Slice eggplant and fry till a gold color

Place fried eggplant on a paper towel and let it to suck the rest of an oil

* Step 3

Slice your onion. Vrinse it with hot water to get rid of strong onion smell. Place in a plastic container, add sugar and viniger. Put a lead on the container, let it sit for 20-30 min.

Place an eggplant in a bowl, add sliced boiled chicken and sliced boiled eggs. Get your onions from the container, slice in smaller pieces,if needed.
