Vickys Homemade Peri Peri Spice Mix (Gluten-Free)
This doesn't need to be hot. You can leave out the chilli if you aren't good with heat and just add in sweet paprika in it's place. This mix isn't too hot as it's written so die-hards may want to add a bit extra cayenne!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Simply mix everything together and store in an old spice jar
* Step 2
Use on chicken, pork, fish etc - 2 tsp per chicken breast etc. Great as a BBQ or roasting rub
* Step 3
