Vickys Hot & Spicy Chipotle Chilli Salmon, GF DF EF SF NF
This is a delicious hot and spicy fish marinade that works just as well with white fish. You can embellish the marinade by adding other seasonings such as paprika, oregano, coriander, tomato paste and cocoa powder

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all of the ingredients except for the salmon itself in a blender or use a pestle & mortar. Blend / grind until it forms a paste
* Step 2
Put the salmon fillets in a dish. Add the sauce to the salmon and turn to coat. Cover and let marinade in the fridge for at least 1 hour but best if left overnight
* Step 3
Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400F. Put the salmon on lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until cooked through
* Step 4
Can be served hot or cold
