Vickys Vegan Cashew Cream

my kids are all intolerant to dairy, eggs and soy so this cream comes in very handy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend the cashews and almost half of the water in a mixer to a thick paste, scraping the sides down as needed. About 2 minutes this should do

* Step 2

Add more water slowly and blend until at desired consistency adding the vanilla and syrup until the thickness of double cream. If you add too much water, add some powdered sugar or extra cashews if very thin

* Step 3

This can be used as a dessert topping or if you leave our the last 3 ingredients you can use it to add to soups
