We wanted something special for the Walking Dead mid-season premiere. This is a variation on my Kitty litter cake.

Red velvet cake mix
1 packages
Red velvet oreo cookies
2 packages
chocolate pudding
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bake cake according to directions then set aside to cool.
* Step 2
While cake is baking make both pudding packages in a really large mixing bowl (I used my biggest Tupperware).
* Step 3
Smash cookies. I put them in a zip lock baggie & beat them with a rolling pin.
* Step 4
Once the cake is mostly cool (a little warm is good) scrape it out of the pan & into the pudding bowl.
* Step 5
Add the smashed cookies & mix it all up.
* Step 6
Serve it in a bowl. I think it might be great with some ice cream.
