Bbq Chicken N Cheese bubble Up
Always looking for something new to make the Hubby! Stumbled upon this and it sounded like a score. What's there not to like? Cheese,Bbq Chicken, and biscuits all in one dish. It's also super easy to make with little to clean up.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oven to 350*F. Spray 13x9-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
* Step 2
Heat a 10-Inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cut Chicken into 1-Inch pieces add them to the skillet and cook until no longer pink. Remove from heat and cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Set aside.
* Step 4
Put the cooked chicken and dough pieces into a bowl and cover with the bbq sauce. Mix all together making sure the dough and chicken is fully covered.
* Step 5
Spread evenly into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top.
* Step 6
Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is fully melted. You want to be sure the biscuits are fully cooked and are not still raw.
