Lemon Parmesan Italian Rice

Lemon Parmesan Italian Rice

One of our favorite side dishes that goes well with mostly any entree. Its hard to go back to plain ol buttered rice after you've eaten this!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring your vegetable stock to a boil and pour in the rice. Turn the heat down to simmer, and simmer for roughly 20 minutes with the pot lid on.

* Step 2

Remove the lid and add all remaining ingredients and continue to simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Continue to stir so rice doesn't stick. Fluff with a fork and serve!
