Lemon Coconut Squares

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

* Step 2

Mix flour, confectioners sugar and butter with fingers until crumbly.

* Step 3

Bake for 15 minutes.

* Step 4

Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and baking powder and pour over crust. Evenly sprinkle with coconut.

* Step 5

Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes or until golden. Cool and cut into squares.
