Left Over Pork Adobo Fried Rice
At home I usually cook adobo but there is always left overs and I don't like throwing food away so I make it into fried rice and my family loves it. Try this at home.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add oil to pan and sauté your garlic until fully cooked then add your left over pork adobo and fry it until a bit crispy. Add the cooked rice.
* Step 2
Lower the heat and mix the rice with the adobo sauce and mix thoroughly. If using you can mix your scrambled eggs ‘, butter and green onions at this point
* Step 3
Remove from pan and transfer to serving plate then add rest of the green onions on top for garnish (for me, I’m using fried garlic) Serve and Enjoy.
