Brenda's Breakfast to Go
Very easy to make and package to go. very versatile too! :chef
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Spray extra large muffin pans with Pam.
* Step 3
Place one biscuit in each well and press up sides.
* Step 4
Press small amount of shredded cheese of choice (I used plain cheddar) into bottom and sides of biscuit.
* Step 5
Place a spoonful of cooked sausage, ham, veggies (or whatever you would like in an omelet) in bottom of biscuit.
* Step 6
Break one egg into a small dish, season as you want with seasonings of choice (I used salt, pepper, and Italian season blend), mix and pour into biscuit.
* Step 7
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until egg is set.
* Step 8
Top with more cheese, enjoy! :-)
