These were lovely on the side, so nice with those 3 flavours and quick.

Ingredient

Scallops

1 tsp

Soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate the ginger and crush the garlic

Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the Garlic and ginger fry for 30 secounds.

Next add the Scallops and fry turning them over for about 3-4 minutes.

Add the Soy sauce coat all over the Scallops then serve and Enjoy as a side dish.
