Leftover Mashed Potato, leftover Cabbage add a small tin of Tuna and there you have tasty Patties. #Lunch#Breakfast or Brunch

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the Chopped cabbage with the Tuna fish

Then add the Paprika, salt and pepper

Next add the mashed potato and mix in well

Next add the flour and mix, if it is too wet add more flour

Next using a large spoon scoop out the acquired amount I made 6 large patties out of this you can double them to 12

Add flour to the surface and shape them small or large patties

When all is done add to a grill spray a little olive oil on top grill until coloured 5 mins then turn over and spray the other side add back to the grill until they are golden and hardened on the outside. Just slightly golden.

They are ready add to a serving plate with a little side salad.

Add a tbls of chopped onion or red onion would add more flavour.
