My Broccoli,Potato & Stilton Soup 🍲 πŸ₯¦ πŸ§€ πŸ₯”

An Autumn and Winter Favourite for my family, Added 6 boiled Potatoes to thicken instead of Cream, a little more healthier. I have put this up before but this has different ingredients. I had 3 bowls through the day my daughter and granddaughters also had some they loved it.they #Soup#Lunch#Starter#Vegetarian

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dice the onions and crush the Garlic. Melt the butter in a large Saucepan then add the onions then the crushed Garlic stir around for 1 minute

* Step 2

Add the 2 dried veg cubes crumbled in then add the 2 pints of boiling water stir.

* Step 3

Chop the broccoli chunky add most of the stem too. Then add to the pan.

* Step 4

Stir in the stilton cheese, potatoes add the Pepper then stir and simmer for 10 minutes.

* Step 5

Using a large blender or a hand blender blend until smooth the potatoes will make it thicker so then add back to the pan and add the other pint boiling water stir and serve.

* Step 6

Add a little cracked black pepper to garnish.
