My Cherry flavoured flavoured Trifle with Brandy Whipped Cream🎅

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make the jelly. Use 1/2 pint boiling water to dissolve the jelly then when dissolved add the other 1/2 of Cold water.
* Step 2
Add the Crushed Biscuits stir until all biscuit has gone under the jelly
* Step 3
Pour into the serving dish to set in fridge. 6 or more hours or overnight.
* Step 4
Make the custard it says 2 heaped tbls to a little milk and 1 tbls Sugar then heat up the rest of the milk. 1 pint of milk all together.
But your just using 3/4 of a pint milk and 2 tbls Custard Powder mixed with a1/4 of the 3/4s milk. Powder and 1 tsp Sugar as you want it to set thick on top of the jelly
* Step 5
When the milk comes to the boil take off the heat and quickly mix the custard mix in the milk whisk quickly and it will not go lumpy but nice and thick.
* Step 7
When it's cooled a little pour it on top of the set jelly add back to the fridge until completely cold.
* Step 8
Before you are ready to have the Trifle whisk the cream with 2 tsp Sugar until its thick and whipped then add on top of the custard.
* Step 10
Sprinkle some little sweets on top and serve.
