Momma's Chicken

This is my first daughters favorite recipe. I found it a long time ago online and didn't have many of the ingredients to make it, so I had to improvise, but still works. Enjoy!

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

20 mins
1 tbsp

sesame oil

2 tbsp

cornstarch

1/2 cup

soy sauce

1 tbsp

molasses

1/2 cup

brown sugar

1/3 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut chicken into bite size pieces, place in small bowl. Combine marinade ingredients and put with chicken pieces.. Cover and store in fridge for an hour.

* Step 2

After an hour or so, Heat up wok on high, add sesame oil. Can use large skillet if you don't own a wok. Than scoop out chicken pieces, leaving marinade in there. Cook chicken down.

* Step 3

Once chicken is cooked down. Add remaining marinade and bring to a bubble. Take your cornstarch and mix it with a tablespoon of water. Than add to marinade. Keep bubbling til it thicken. Take off heat and serve with white rice.
