My Sumac Rice with Veg

The Rice tastes so lovely with Sumac, I'm so happy I tried this spice , not really a spice its more of a fruity nature. The benefits to health with Sumac has so many benefits. My new Favourite. I made this for myself so double up if you want for more servings.

Ingredient

10 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the rice to a saucepan and pour over the mug of Sumac as you made the tea without honey.

* Step 2

Bring to boil again in the saucepan then turn to low and simmer for 4-5 minutes

* Step 3

When the water has been absorbed and the rice is soft add the frozen peas then add it to a serving bowl and add to microwave for 2 minutes. It will cook the peas and the rice will be fluffy

Serve hot.
