Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the steak and 2 pints Water to the pressure cooker or just boil in a croc pot

Add the dried stock cubes, mix in then peas,carrots,Potatoes cut up to the pan.

In a frying pan add 1 tsp butter and heat up add the onions and fry until soft. Then add these to the pot.

Cook 35 minutes pressure cooker. 50 minutes for boil then simmering until the meat is tender.

Take out of the pressure cooker when done and pour into a saucepan bring to the boil and add the cornflour to thicken. Add 2 tsp to 3 tbls of cold water. Stir as it thickens.

Add the meat into 2 individual pie pots. Cut the pastry to fit slightly over the top of the pie dish

* Step 10

Grease around the top of the pie dish then add the pastry to sit ontop of the thick steak gravy. I pinched all around to make a frilly looking edge.

With a pointed knife cut two small slips in the middle of each crust then brush with milk. Add to preheated heated oven 190Β°C for 10 - 25 minutes just check.

Bring them out let them cool a little and serve on their own or with French fries
