Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Brown the sausages first either grill or fry, not to cook just brown the skin.

Add the sliced onions in a deep based frying pan with 1 tsp butter. Fry until soft. 3 minutes

Add the boiling water on the onions, add the dried beef cubes sprinkle in and mix.

Transfer the onions to a large oven dish and add the sausage stir then add to preheated oven 180Β°C for 30 minutes take out after that time add the cornflour in a little cold water mix and pour in also stir around. Add back for 20 minutes.

Take out thicken with another tbls cornflour if you want it really thick.

Serve with Mashed Potato and peas. Enjoy
