Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the pasta to boil 10 minutes

Add to a bowl or as I used a postal +Morter to mash it all in. Passata juice, Basil, chopped tomatoes, onion, sweet pepper diced. And diced Garlic clove.

Mash it all together to mix. Add lemon juice stir it in.

When the pasta is done drain off all the water then add 1/2 Tsp virgin olive oil to the pan you boiled the pasta in.

Next add the mashed sauce to the pan then add the drained pasta stir in and heat up then cook for 3 minutes.

* Step 6

When it is all heated through add the Riccota cheese stir in gently then add to serving dish.

* Step 7

Add some fresh diced parsley on top to Garnish and serve.
