Open the Foccacia bread and butter it first

Once the tin Tuna is strained add the Tuna to a bowl and diced tomatoes

Next add the Avocado mash it in then add the spicy mayonnaise. (1 tbls Mayonnaise 1/2 tsp sweet chilli) and mix together

Add the mix on the foccacia bread then add the top piece of bread cut in half and Enjoy it for Lunch.
